Madhu is a Management Postgraduate in Marketing and HR with 10 years of experience in Fundraising. She has done a Diploma in Child Protection from TISS, Mumbai. She worked with many national and international NGOs on various issues such as child protection, women empowerment, bonded labor, child trafficking, health, water & sanitation and many more.
She worked with Oxfam India for 5 Years as a Resource Mobilisation Head (Rajasthan) and thereafter with National & International NGOs as a Fundraising Consultant/trainer. She has a great understanding of resource constraints facing small & grassroots organizations and develops indigenous solutions
